Factory Production
After the design plan is confirmed, our factory begins the production process according to the approved drawings, dimensions, structure, and technical requirements.
From raw material preparation to cutting, welding, polishing, spraying, and assembly, every step is handled by our production team to make sure the container house is strong, practical, and ready for the next stage.
What Happens in Factory Production
Raw Material Preparation
We prepare the steel materials, wall panels, roof parts, floor structure, and main components according to the confirmed design plan.
Cutting & Processing
Steel tubes, beams, panels, and structural parts are cut and processed based on the required dimensions.
Welding & Frame Building
Our workers weld the main steel frame, including the base frame, wall frame, roof frame, and support structure.
Polishing & Surface Treatment
After welding, the frame is polished and cleaned to improve the surface quality before painting or coating.
Spraying & Anti-Rust Treatment
The steel structure is treated with anti-rust coating or spraying to improve durability for transportation and outdoor use.
Basic Assembly
Main components such as the frame, wall system, roof structure, doors, windows, and basic interior parts are assembled step by step.
Why Factory Production Matters
Factory production helps make the container house more stable, accurate, and easier to install on site.
Compared with fully on-site construction, most structural work and basic assembly can be completed inside the factory. This helps reduce site labor, shorten installation time, and improve production consistency.
For customers, factory production means the project is more controlled, easier to manage, and less affected by weather or site conditions.

In the Factory Production step, we focus on manufacturing the main structure and assembling the core parts of the container house. Detailed material choices are confirmed in the Material Selection step, while final inspection, waterproof testing, and packaging will be handled in the Finished Testing and Packaging steps.
