1. Products Covered
This policy may apply to expandable container houses, folding and flat-pack container houses, quick-assembly buildings, modular cabins, container pools, safe rooms, underground shelters, and related factory-supplied components. Coverage applies only to items expressly included in the confirmed order and supplied by Fuhuilai.
2. Warranty Period and Starting Date
Warranty periods are product- and component-specific. The applicable duration must be confirmed in writing before purchase; no universal warranty term is promised by this page alone. Unless otherwise stated in the sales contract, the warranty starts on the documented delivery date. Any agreed commissioning-based period for equipment must be expressly stated in writing.

3. What the Warranty Covers
During the applicable warranty period, Fuhuilai will assess claims involving defects in factory-supplied materials or manufacturing workmanship under normal use and installation consistent with the approved drawings and written instructions. Depending on the issue and applicable law, remedies may include technical guidance, repair, replacement parts, replacement of a defective component, or another appropriate remedy.
4. Exclusions
· Improper foundations, site preparation, assembly, installation, lifting, anchoring, commissioning, or maintenance by the purchaser or third parties.
· Damage caused by misuse, overloading, impact, accidents, vandalism, unauthorized modifications, or use outside the approved design conditions.
· Normal wear and tear, cosmetic ageing, consumables, routine maintenance, and damage due to improper cleaning or water treatment.
· Corrosion, water ingress or deterioration arising from site drainage, coastal exposure, chemical exposure, prolonged flooding, or other conditions beyond the agreed specification.
· Extreme weather, earthquakes, floods, fires, or other events exceeding the certified or contractually agreed design performance.
· Third-party products not supplied by Fuhuilai, except to the extent an applicable manufacturer warranty can be passed through.
5. Special Product Considerations
Container pools: Appropriate foundations, plumbing connections, electrical safety, drainage, filtration maintenance, water chemistry, and winterization are the responsibility of the party assigned those duties under the contract. Safety rooms and underground shelters: installation, burial depth, drainage, corrosion protection, ventilation, doors, emergency exits, and performance requirements must match approved project documents. No product is represented as guaranteeing survival or absolute protection against every hazard.
6. How to Make a Warranty Claim
Please contact us promptly after discovering an issue and provide: order or invoice number; product model and delivery date; clear photos/videos; a description of the fault; installation and maintenance information where relevant. We may request further evidence or a reasonable remote or onsite inspection before confirming the remedy. Do not carry out material alterations or dispose of disputed components before receiving instructions, unless urgently necessary for safety.
7. Remedy and Cost Allocation
Where a claim is accepted, Fuhuilai will provide the remedy required by the agreement and applicable law. Responsibility for spare-part shipping, customs charges, local labor, cranes, access equipment, disassembly and reinstallation will follow the contract and applicable law. No blanket promise of free international onsite service is made. For urgent safety concerns, discontinue use of the affected system and contact a qualified local professional.
8. Non-transferability and Contract Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law, voluntary warranty benefits apply to the original purchaser and are not automatically transferable. Project-specific signed terms prevail over this general website policy to the extent permitted by law. This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
